In this module we help you identify the values and beliefs that serve you and determine how to choose goals that are aligned with them. You will look at assessing whether your beliefs are still working for you and how to revise them if they are not. This module is A MUST if you feel stuck in any way shape or form
People who learn from their mistakes are inspiring. In some areas of our lives, we easily embrace this choice. In other areas, we may shy away from making mistakes or rock the boat. This module will help you get better at embracing opportunities for growth. The tools and techniques you will learn emphasizes the importance of shaping our mindset to embrace the present while looking and moving forward
We often see people react seemingly in anger to a situation where we know they are afraid. It is important to understand actual primary emotions, both in ourselves and in others and to recognize that what we and others present is usually not what it seems. This module will help us understand the function of emotions in relation to possible motivations
When we find ourselves in an emotionally charged situation, it is easy to overreact in the moment. There are options available to us to better handle these situations rather than just react to them. This module introduces us to those options and the importance of suspending judgment

A Bold Journal is a diary where you have a confidential space to record your insights, feelings, emotions and ideas. The Bold Journal invites contemplation, analysis and free thinking. It is a space for reflecting on events and choices that have led to success or failure that leads to continued growth, learning, and improved self awareness
Reset Planner
The Reset Planner is where you start your accountability journey by recording the dates and times of milestones and tracking progress on your action steps. Actually best practices will have you recording everything in your planner using time blocking. This will ensure that you are getting done what you need to get done and that you avoid time wasting activities. Don’t forget to schedule self care time in your planner!
90 Day Challenge Workbook
The 90 day challenge requires you to determine a specific focus for an outcome at the end of the time period. Daily you will set your top priorities for your actions for the day. You will identify and schedule activities relevant to your personal challenge. In the workbook you will record your concrete goals that support your priorities and specific focus. These can be learning goals, professional goals and /or personal goals. In the workbook you will have identified how you measure success so you can hold yourself accountable. The workbook also gives you space to be flexible and creative as to how you achieve your focus.
